Only members are allowed inside the facility. All members must be 12 or older. 

You may bring a guest if it is their first time to visit. You both must sign a guest form and deposit it in the mailbox at the front desk. Please notify us if you will be bringing a guest to avoid your account being flagged via text to 662-612-0331.

Your payment method and other profile information can be updated on the app. If you do not own a smart phone, please contact us to update your information.

You must be 12 or older to join. All memberships purchased for members under the age of 18 must be signed by a legal guardian.

Yes, we have lockers and a shower facility available for use by our members.

It may be necessary to create an email address for your account. Please contact us so that we can assist you in this process.

All facility users must check in via their own account upon every visit.  

Visitors are not allowed without preauthorization.   

No body is allowed in the facilities that is under the age of 12 and all bodies in the facilities must be members.  

Do not grant access to anyone for the facilities including the tanning facilities. 

Sharing your facility access or letting others into the facilities will result in suspension or termination of your membership.  

Tanning is only permitted once every 24 hours per tanning member.  

All tanners are REQUIRED to use the provided eye protection.  

Be courteous and considerate of other members.  

Disinfect all gym and tanning equipment before and after use.  

Gym appropriate attire must be worn. 

No buttons etc that could damage equipment are allowed.  

No muddy shoes.  

Re-rack all weights.  

Keep all clothing on.  

Do not misuse or mistreat equipment.  

VIOLATION OF RULES WILL RESULT IN SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP.
